    If Eminem was ever actually spending time in the studio with these guys, we'd see pictures of it all over the other D12 guys' Twitters/Instagrams. All we got was that one instagram from months ago. He never was in there making music with them. I'm not sure I even believe he did three unreleased tracks with them and Mark Bass way back.

    People want to blame Paul for all of this, and while I'm sure he does his best to steer Em away from D12, if Eminem truly cared about D12, he'd come meet up and do something with them regardless.

    Eminem not appearing on the tape couldn't be less surprising.

    clearance issue doesnt apply to free tapes (wayne released so much tapes regardless of his label wishes)

    There's no clearance issues to be had on a free release. Look at all of Wayne's mixtapes, recorded mostly over other artists beats. Some released despite BM being against it.
