    That's not ironic, he's used the term "bad guy" a lot.

    What's ironic is "NOBODY LISTENS TO TECHNO"
    And he can make fun of everyone, but he doesn't seem able to take jokes on his account.

    Also, it's ironic to be Eminem and get sober on 4/20. Actually, it's ironic to be Eminem and get sober at all.

    Eminem didn't have anything personal with any pop artists. He was just rhymin' them to be doing it. Also, he didn't ever collabrated with a pop star who he made fun of. So it's not ironic or anything. People should realize something. Eminem wasn't really hating all pop music at the time, he was just sick of few like N-Sync and he was just rhyming others' names...

    EDIT 1: And like @TheBlackSheep said above, people can change...

    On the other hand, he told many times that he just use those celebrity names just because they rhyme. It's how he makes the commercial single.
    As for Gwen Stefani, he didn't collabrated with her. The beat already had the hook as I remember and he kinda did the verses. But I don't remember him saying Stefani sucks his music is wack etc.. Making fun or mentioning an artist doesn't really mean that he thinks they s---.
    The video u shared is an evidence he hated the N-Sync's music at the time but I'm sure he wouldn't mind doing a song with Justin Timberlake now since Timberlake became whole lot better after N-Sync s--- ended.

    About the beat, no, it didn't come with Gwen singing..

    Actually, Eminem called her one day while she was in picnic with her children. She was sick, and told her he needs her part to be finished that day, then she recorded and sent it to Eminem.
