    * SPOILERS AND s--- *
I've seen several comments on Finn handling a light saber and actually manage to hit Kylo.. Which in my world was a bit weird, and no I don't care if Kylo was shot and was weakened Finn shouldn't even be a match for him. Keep in mind that Finn just had fought a regular stormtrooper who had some weapon that could resist to be hit by a light saber? lol, anyway Finn loses to a normal stormtrooper, he is about to be killed by him if it wasn't for Han shooting him. So.. it kinda annoys me that we go from Finn getting beat by a stormtrooper to him being a match for Kylo. Overall I think Finn was a great character, a bit too excited a few places, but n----- did a great job.

Rey is obviously Lukes daughter, the way she learns to control other peoples mind outta nowhere, f---s up Kylo, speaks pretty much any alien language, I know shes from Jakku which might explain that, but she knows so many things and she learns about the force without being told about it really.
Amazing scene when Rey grabs the light saber from Maz' basement and Maz tells her that it calls to her, like it did for Luke and Vader.

I don't know why they turned Chewie into a comedy character, it irritated be a bit, like at first it was funny, cause we missed that guy, but like every shot from we see him and Han again till the last scene with him, they somehow managed to put a laugh reaction outta the other characters like Chewie is doing a stand-up show. Don't know if any feels the same, but that was.. ugh.

    ENDING SPOILER
Ending is f---ing GOAT, BUT! I hate the way it cuts at the end.. I was like ''Grab that f---ing light saber and turn it on, be amazing bro!'' I guess Star Wars 8 will pick up right there on that island, will Luke take the light saber or let her have it?

I get what you're saying, sure he never had to duel against another light saber before, but neither did Finn lol and he d--- sure had more experience with his than Finn did, obviously. Idk, I think I woulda been fine with him getting beat by Rey (cuz yeah she has the force and, potentially, some skywalker blood flowing through her veins) so long as he mopped the floor with Finn.

And as far as him being basically a cooler anakin, and pulling off what Heyden couldn't, well that just isn't hard to do. I was still put off by his dorky face. Woulda gone down as a GOAT Star Wars villain if he never removed his helmet.

All that being said, I am VERY excited to see where Kylo goes in the next movie. I think they can turn it around and make him a cool mother f---er again.

I'm on the side of thinking Kylo Ren was the GOAT character...and I loved it even more that he removed his helmet and showed his flaws and his human side...yeah, maybe he was "cooler" when he had the aura of mystery with the helmet and voice modulation (which was f---ing godly), but I loved how out of control he was...

It was a little ridiculous that Finn could keep up with him in a fight, but I think they were trying to make the point that Kylo has a lot to learn...he's not a master yet, and he's only going to become more badass

I love the music John Williams orchestrated for this.
the music at the end of the movie when Rey finds Luke is just :sweatt:

Now that kylo has resolved his fight with the darks idea, kylo can fully focus and finish his training to the dark side.

I had a funny thought, what if captain phasma turns out to be rey's mother, she almost resembles a mara jade character. Lol

I think I need to watch the movie again to form a better opinion on it. I watched it last night and I was just happy about the old cast returning it could have been a porno and I'd still like it

At the moment, I feel like i didn't really give a f--- about any of the new characters

The movie was great. So happy to see the old cast and to realize that the new cast did a good job. John Williams didn't top his prequel scores, but It was still great. Kylo Ren is probably my favorite villain in entire franchise, most definitely in SW movies (Revan is my favorite when it comes to EU). I must see it once more. Also I know from where comes criticism and I understand it. It re-used some themes from IV, but It wasn't noticeable at all, besides Starkiller weapon. I'm so curious what they will do with the VIII and IX movie. Nonetheless I cannot wait for it. Star Wars came back and we should be happy for it!

I can't even compare it. It's different, but it's still good. It's like duels in OT and duels in PT merged together. It's gritty.

I personally don't think that any star wars fan should be dissapointed with this movie, in this case at least you will not be dissapointed with the duel.

BTW if this guy likes it and he can be very picky about stuff then all orthodox fans of Star Wars franchise should be pleased.

They played it safe and it worked. It's like JJ Abrams internalized all of the Prequel Trilogy hatred and tried his best to stick to the first film so people wouldn't flip out. It was enjoyable. I like the Vader and Luke parallels with Kylo. BB-8 was dope. Finn finding some heart, Rey getting a taste of her true power and Kylo's descent into the Dark Side are good setups for the next episodes. Oscar Isaac was alright. Harrison Ford was great but Carrie Fisher was kind of ehhh. Wish there was more Luke but this is all in preparation for the next installments. I imagine as powerful as he is, he's probably pretty jaded about life in general. Starkiller Base was lame though. It's basically Death Star 3: More Death Starrier. Enough with the f---ing Death Star fetish. The most powerful weapon in the universe but oh yeah, if you disable our shields and enter this hole with a half dozen X-Wings, you'll destroy it.
