I still have tpab as his undeniably greatest work, followed by s80 & gkmc and then this EP. But regarding its enjoyability, I do enjoy it as much as tpab & s80

untitled 2 is the only track i keep running back, though they're all pretty dope

untitled 2, conceptually, is as problematic as most of kendricks recent material content wise but i cant help but love the execution

GKMC will always be my favorite Kendrick album. Its got a major soft spot for me and introduced me to Kendrick (I was an Eminem stan before). TPAB is better, but sometimes I don't wanna listen to heavy s---. I just wanna sit back and let my mind drift, like listening to "Money Trees" high.

I still can't determine whether GKMC or TPAB is better. GKMC is more approachable and easier to listen to so I can understand why people like it more but I think overall TPAB is a bit more consistent.

the jazz elements being a "major turn off" for people who dont like TPAB is a false narrative. its how it was executed -- how the narrative was shoehorned and how the unnecessarily dense the whole affair was

UU does seem like TPAB-light, but as of now i definitely like how he's rapping on here more than on TPAB.

GKMC & TPAB are like what Food & Liquor are to Lupe Fiasco. Both brilliant projects, but it all comes down to personal subjectives. Now lets hope Album #4 isnt like f---ing lasers....

Agreed, TPAB was on the border of being called pretentious and it was not in GKMC vein. But it's still a masterpiece. I like both, sue me.

I can respect that, its like Hadaso ranking tpab higher than gkmc on that all time list that was posted earlier this week, even though he enjoys gkmc more... it's a respect for art and what is better


as far as I'm concerned, I also feel like tpab is his greatest album, but s80 may be my favorite (tpab coming second though)
