This may be true, but do you think that if Sanders were to become the Dem nominee, these Hillary-supporting blacks and Hispanics won't switch over to Bernie and then stump the Trump (assuming he becomes GOP nominee)?

Don't care about any other issues until we have a constitutional amendment that overturns Citizens United!

Source of polls? I don't see Bernie coming anywhere near 3% in Florida :hovcry:

Florida/s the biggest one, it's worth at least 3 of those states I believe in terms of delegates

those are my predictions. polls are no indicator. they had him down 20% in michigan three days beforehand and he won by approx 2%. expect him to outperform any polls for tomorrow, but expect him to lose florida and north carolina. missouri is his easiest win, the other two i think he'll pull out. this is what i predict from what i've seen.

the polls usually call people on their landline phones, they're no indicator of who is going to win -- especially if it's an open primary. they poll democrats and usually only get responses from older people because who tf has a landline anyway, but the point being is that the polls are skewed because: 1) they typically get older responses 2) in states with open primaries, the polls don't take independent voters into account.

he has had a good week after michigan minus the trump protests which are tied to his name... i think he'll ride the momentum and win 3/5, and i think his campaign knows that if he doesn't take 3/5 tomorrow, that it's over.

I've tried not to pay much attention to polling, especially after winning Kansas and Michigan, but they still are somewhat of an indicator of how a candidate will perform. I guess I'm just searching for some reassurance in these darks times. I just can't bear the thought of 40+ years of life-long work from Bernie coming to a pause for who knows how long...

at this point, bernie is only logical play for democrats. 33% of his supporters will not vote HRC, so if DNC wants to save face and win the presidency, bernie is their only bet. hillary supporters can tout her all the want, but she is not getting into office. bernie has stirred up too much s--- at this point, she is not getting in.

The DNC is f---ing delusional though. I don't understand how they don't f---ing see this. I swear, I will NEVER forgive the Democratic party if Trump beats Hillary in the general election.

i'm still comfortable in saying hillary will beat trump, but there are so many angles which he can attack her that it would be a close call. trump's followers don't reason with logic, so even if she "destroyed" him in a debate, it wouldn't sway their thinking.

if she gets the democratic nom, we will hear "benghazi... e-mails... etc" until election day.

Very good article breaking down Sanders tax and economic proposals. Quick summary of it: they are awful.

Okay... Not that I don't trust the wisdom of the trusted source of joshuakennon.com, but It took me 2 seconds to find information that has been exaggerated and false.

I don't need slate columnists (lol, btw) to tell me what I know from experience and talking to people. There is a significant portion of the Sanders support that exists because people are sick of the "two-party bought by the same people" system. If you think people like that will rather vote for Hillary f---ing Clinton over some guy like Donald Trump whoi also says "f--- the system" then you don't know s---.
Not to mention that 33% of Sanders supporters would not support Hillary in a general.
    Yeah.
Good luck winning the generally with 33% less Democratic support, minuscule Independent support, and virtually no Republican support.

Using that as an example to tear down a guy that will literally not do anything to the current economic system is disingenuous and makes you sound like a talking point babbling idiot.
There are plenty of legit things to attack or disagree with Sanders on. Let's not resort to "SOCIALISM" like some primitive apes. Ya?

I'm confused. Would you like to discuss minimum wage? Single payer healthcare? His Infrastructure program? If you would like to point to one of these as an example of how it will turn our economy into one that will move the means of production to the government, I'm all ears.

Yes. Taxes will go up. Do you think I don't believe that? There will be two new payroll taxes but marginal tax rates under 250k will stay the same. The two new payroll taxes are an estimate of $1.50/wk for 12 weeks paid family leave and the Single Payer healthcare tax. Lets remember that compared to private insurance costs right now, the average family will net a savings of roughly $5,000. Of course taxes will go up. That's because we are converting a large system from a corrupt private system to a more cost efficient single payer system. Its unfair to compare the two and only talk about taxes, while neglecting your Blue Cross Blue Shield premium, for example.

If you mean have I read what all other sources think about the plan and think it will do? No , I have not. Mainly because of s--- like this in the taxfoundation.org write-up, for example.

I feel like you've been brainwashed by Bernie, everything you've said about him has been almost word for word from one of his many rants on the subjects.

Bernie claims the average family will save $5000 but I've seen multiple analysis' of his plan that show his plan comes up anywhere from $3-14 trillion short of funding it. With the tax plan he's proposing, either he is going to bankrupt the country or families won't be saving anywhere near $5000.

Luckily there is a better chance of Trump getting Mexico to pay for that wall than Bernie's plan ever getting through Congress.
