Apr 7, 2016 Good points but I disagree about the last one, I just think that was the vibe in the sessions for better or worse. I don't think any of Drake's portions were corny. I wish they'd taken more time and tried to make something like WTT because they're both capable of doing better, but it is what it is. End of the day I'm good with what we got.

Drake and Sean been biting each others flows for years so a project with them would be interesting to say the least. You're being too hard on Drake per usual. These collab tapes aren't all about sounding alike. There's a contrast between the 2 that makes the tape interesting to listen to.

Apr 7, 2016 its about execution and context. the way drake sees it seems to be "haha yeah this hoe was acting hard to get so i f----- her then ignored here, im the man" future phrases it like "f--- these drugs got me out of my mind, i just ruined a relationship with my baby mama, i guess i'll wallow in these riches" and you know that's right. at least on WATTBA, which is what im talking about speficially. Im not saying drake is always like that. he's actually not (he comes off as demeaning/controlling re: woman in his other tracks, but on WATTBA he sounds A LOT more crass/corny than usual because, like i said, he's trying to do what he thinks he should to fit future's vibe). and drake honestly comes off as much more of a fan of what he's heard of future's work than anything else. they would sound a lot more natural together. HOW SWAY. HOW. me saying "she was acting like a virgin so i f----- her and curved" is corny isnt being "too hard" AT ALL. me saying talking abotu instagram beef on a song where future's crying about his upbringing isnt trying too hard AT ALL. you're literally just excusing anything drake does as usual lol im not saying they need to sound similar to make a worthwhile project. if anything, it would be better if drake distanced himself from futures style as much as he could the problem, clearly, is that drake tried to find a middle ground and that left people on all sides (not just people like me) wanting more/something different.

Apr 7, 2016 Overhated tape. Project is dope for what it is. It would have been better if they merged their worlds to make a unified project rather than just a Future ft. Drake tape, but its definitely enjoyable. Better than purple reign.
