Apr 14, 2016 I have always seen few people riding with OD, but it was just a minority. As for s80, I can link you to several s80 vs gkmc threads where there's like 90% of the members saying s80 was better than gkmc. Gkmc was a lot more popular but most hip hop forums were saying s80 was better

Apr 14, 2016 and now, what im saying is, TPAB has given them and more people a reason to revert back to being nerdy high schoolers who think anything "mainstream" is bad. its been happening a crazy amount w kendrick fans last year, including devaluing GKMC -- which is arguably better than TPAB. section 80 and OD are good/great, but arent in the same league. link me not what i remember but like i said, link me and in the end, even if you're right, all im against is the REASONING. i, and others, have given countless reasons why GKMC is better than section80. ive yet to hear the same from people who dont feel the same

Apr 14, 2016 lol stop baiting/trolling you're only gonna make them more adamant in their delusions ive heard king kunta and alright at parties. it kinda killed the vibe every time or reminded me i was at the wrong party tho lol and ive talked to people irl about how good TPAB supposedly is and they're just as bad as people on forums. they cant formulate real reasons out of its political impact and uh something about jazz and metaphors one guy literally kept yelling at me to admit TPAB was the best album of the decade, didn't want to talk about a single point about the actual music, but instead wanted me to list albums i thought were better so he could say "no" i know that sounds like a made up JMG level story, but that legitimately happened. i point blank said to him: "....why not just talk about TPAB and its flaws/merits" and he said "because we all know its perfect" u have no idea how uncomfortable i felt lol

Apr 14, 2016 yeah people on SL definitely understood GKMC was better. sxn80 had a GREAT aesthetic to it. just like TPAB does. but the rapping between all 3 is best on GKMC.
