Jun 2, 2016 I don't think it's terrible at all, and like he said, it's a neat way to tie all the trilogies together. Also, what's inconsistent about it? We know Anakin was birthed from the force and it could be used to prevent death, so what's to say the chosen one isn't on loop throughout time like an Avatar or something? What about the force as we know it contradicts this? Nothing.
