I don't know if I'm quite sold on it thisbyear. I have downloaded roosters on 2k16 that are currently up to date and it plays pretty well. That and the whole new shot stick control and choosing the direction. No new throwback teams, ehh, idk.

I definitely won't be getting it when it firsts releases. But if I start hearing good things and can find it for the right price, then I'll get it

What do you mean choosing the direction? Like the crossovers etc? I would try out the Prelude, it's free to DL on Xbox1 or PS4. The layup timing is overrated, it's really not that noticeable.

I thought i read somewhere where you could almost choose the direction of the shot, or certain shots

So I went back and what I was mentioning was the angle you use the shot stick. Straight up or down and it's a perfect shot. Slightly off and the shot itself will be a little off. Not that big of deal, but still..I think I'll hold off a bit. still playing that madden

Yep, in this year's game you aim shots with the right stick. You can still use the X button, but you will be rewarded more for a shot with perfect or near-perfect aim. There's also a higher chance of f---ing up if you aim it badly tho. Basically it's a high risk, low reward type of thing. Hardcore 2k players will use the stick. I plan on it, but it's gonna be weird getting used to.

I went to Wake Forest too! I played the prelude tho. Did you do the face scan on the app? Or is that all you can do this year? I did it on my phone and it turned out nice tbh. Much better than the alien demon looking f---ers that happened last year lol.

And yeah I used the mynba2k17 app for face scan, did it like 5 times and it kept f---ing up. Raged quit and just tried my best to make an Asian looking dude.

Yeah my Asian roommate didn't even bother with face scan. He just manually sculpts his own face and it turns out pretty well. And yeah the Kings aren't a bad 2K team. Hopefully Boogie doesn't dip before you guys can become something special.

Ya'll better believe I won that 2K tourney at gamestop and got the game for free.
Ended up just taking the $65 credit and copped the $100 Kobe Legend Edition Gold for $30. @Big Mitch I didn't see your message til right before I got off bro, I installed the game and let it download while my brother was playing fifa.

I might just pre-order on my Xbox next year, I think if you did you could have downloaded the game before 11pm and had it ready to go as soon as it dropped.
