    I think he is calling it a comp playlist because he wants to have more free range over it. I think of it as like how E.T. was a Dj Esco mixtape but still had a ton of new future songs on it. I think he wants to do something similar to that

    guys sneakin' is unreal, that hook is for the woes 100%

    21 verse is the perfect switch on that track too. great contrasting styles, and both of them work well with each other.
