Nov 21, 2016 trump will "lessen the tension" with russia by allowing russia to do literally whatever it wants, anywhere in the world east of newfoundland
Nov 21, 2016 i have heard donald trump is going to add jobs, but i've yet to hear an ounce of substance as to exactly how that will happen
Nov 21, 2016 They're going to dismantle Obamacare, which will plunge the market into free fall: http://www.politico.com/story/2016/11/obamacare-repeal-market-collapses-231653 and, oh yeah, a lot of people who have their ACA health insurance are going to get screwed. in terms of jobs, it's possible something will happen with infrastructure. but then, wait, the republican conference is in shambles and has atrophied into a Party of No: http://www.politico.com/story/2016/11/trump-infrastructure-plan-washington-reality-231649 all theyre going to do now is mindlessly pick at obama's legacy, then blame him when things start going bad. shameful, intellectually bankrupt group of people (see perry, lordDSL posting fake news alt right bs here)
Nov 21, 2016 but jobs! they always say jobs! jobs! jobs! jobs! they're going to be wonderful and it's going to be great and we're going to have so many jobs!
Nov 21, 2016 Trump has been reasonably specific on this issue. Going into any more detail than he did here would just be counterproductive: Yes, I am. I'm not defending his policies or his approach to leadership, but the man has been demonized. There are far greater threats to this country right now. Do you really think Trump making peace with Putin is a bad thing? Smearing a political opponent is quite a different thing from provoking a world leader day and night, putting your entire nation in peril. This is beyond just namecalling: the situation could very conceivably have escalated into a nuclear war. A Republican who talks like Hillary does about Putin is called a neo-con warmonger. What happened to the Obama and Hillary of yesterday, who both said strong countries talk with their adversaries? Hillary in 2015: “This is what we call smart power, using every possible tool and partner to advance peace and security, leaving no one on the sidelines, showing respect even for one’s enemies, trying to understand and insofar as psychologically possible empathize with their respective points of view, helping to define the problems and to determine the solutions. That is what we believe in the 21st century will change – change the prospects for peace.” Obama in 2008: “Strong countries and strong presidents talk with their adversaries. That’s what Kennedy did with Khrushchev. That’s what Reagan did with Gorbachev. That’s what Nixon did with Mao. I mean, think about it: Iran, Cuba, Venezuela – these countries are tiny compared to the Soviet Union. They don’t pose a serious threat to us the way the Soviet Union does, and yet we were willing to talk to the Soviet Union at the time when they were saying we’re gonna wipe you off the planet.” They look like the biggest hypocrites in the world now. Ludicrous?? Um, she's on record saying saying she wanted to increase the number of Muslim refugees by 550%, and there's no reason to think she'd stop there. What sane person on earth after one terrorist attack after another wouldn’t say, “Shouldn’t we slow down? Shouldn’t we do proper vetting? Shouldn’t we see if they have terrorist connections?” Plus she wanted open borders! All are welcome! I think that closes the argument, my friend! You couldn’t have given me a better example of ‘dangerously obtuse’. The guy had already been added to the FBI’s terrorist watch list. Where do you think he got the idea to s---t up a gay nightclub? Out of thin air? Oh, he was just mentally unstable, right? Wrong. He learned it at a mosque he frequented. In Sep, the FBI released video footage showing him in attendance at a mosque in Kissimmee a few days before the shooting. Do you have an idea what kind of s--- they preach at these places? I’ll give you an example. Here’s imam Sheikh Sekaleshfar saying gays must be killed out of ‘compassion’ at an Orlando mosque in 2013. This is the type of hatred that is being taught in mosques around the world, including in America. Sharia law teaches that homosexuality is a sin punishable by death. This is not alt-right rhetoric. This is not a conspiracy theory. You can read it yourself in the Quran. This is a conspiracy theory. Here's another one. I don't care what your source is – don't pretend like you know who leaked those emails, because very few people actually do. During an interview on Aaron Klein’s Sunday radio program, former high-ranking NSA intelligence official-turned-whistleblower, William Binney, discussed the alleged Russian involvement in our elections, suggesting the cyber attack against the DNC may not have originated from the Russian government. Instead, Binney says, a “disgruntled U.S. intelligence worker” is likely behind the breach. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-...nce-worker-likely-behind-dnc-leaks-not-russia
Nov 21, 2016 fwiw while everyone is getting into actual debate, it's pretty f---ing hypocritical that people who wanted kanye to return to political/sociological themes like in his older music are now upset because it's not what they expected or wanted to hear last I checked the point of at least talking about political topics was to challenge yourself and your listeners even if the response is hostile, not just preach to the choir (although being mad at him for acting like a d-ck and stopping a music concert to ramble about things the audience likely wanted to escape from I fully get)
Nov 21, 2016 Dude just stop. Him and I are different people for the millionth time. I could go into the differences between us ideologically, but instead, how about you reply to the rest of my post
Nov 21, 2016 Do you think a country like America, that commits war crimes, backs evil dictators, funds violent extremist groups, supports Israel flaunting international law, and vetoes every reasonable limitation requested by the UN's security council, should be the world police?
Nov 21, 2016 poor @captain awesome been so sour since Nov 8 when his precious 537 or whatever was exposed for a fraud and his whole world shattered to smithereens
Nov 21, 2016 Trump isn't even in office and (mostly leftish) people are already judging his policies which he is still developing lol. If you know anything about politics you should know that campaign speeches are largely rhetorical and do not convey literal plans per se. There are so many contingencies to take into consideration so right now it's pointless to speculate. I think he has potential to be a great president given his position as a relative outsider with strong entrepreneurial skills, let's see how it unfolds after he actually takes office. This debate right now is ridden with rancor and prejudice. Very similar to the forecasts stating that Hillary would win with a landslide. Keep an open mind.
Nov 21, 2016 his appointments have been largely white nationalists, rofl. a leaked document already shows hard immigration policy details. what r u talking about lmao
