On She's Mine, Pt.1,

When he sings with that high voice, is that the perspective of his girl? So the interlude is from her perspective, the verse from his.

" She gets him, you get me
She hugs him, you kiss me "

he sings the 'you get me, you kiss me' in higher voice, looks likes the girl is saying to Cole 'you get me, you kiss me', as she hugs Cole?

Can't explain how happy I am for not being here when this dropped. Thank you alcohol. Yall went ape s--- J Cole lost on the first listen, then a classic on the 2nd. SMH.
First of all the album cover is so perfect for the album. Explains the feeling of the album perfectly. Kept popping out during the listens. The album is on some grown man s---, I know we like to have fun, mess around, but this here is real life mixed with great production. Bruh we can act tough all we want, but when you with the one you'll do anything for your lady. Some people get there some never do. Folding clothes actually got me grooving. I think the album has a little bit of everything, bangers, ballads, storytelling and it still tells a whole story.
Cole's emotion is his go to move and he delivered big time. I don't like to write along post so I'll end it here.
Shoutout to @LondonSimba for putting the best synopsis of the album. You put everything I was thinking in words. Salute
