    it's a good segue between ville mentality and immortal.

    paints the social aspects of the characters in a less dense way than the previous track, so it helps with character development.

    also sets up she's mine pt 1, hoes to a lock it down brada. we all been there

    yo, one thing i want cole to do before his career is over is make a album that's uplifting

    like a album full of hits, sorta like All Eyez on Me. just songs that make you feel good. really all eyez one me was pac's only album like that. before that pac was on some depression s---, (he went back to that on makaveli album) and just rapping bout real life s---. compare me against the world with AEOM. pac got out of jail and snapped, he said he made all eyez on me because he felt people wasnt appreciating his other s---, so he was like f--- it, let me switch my s--- up right quick

    cole can still remain himself, and not sell out. i think it would help his career even more. one thing ive heard someone say about him is his music is depressing, like dont nobody wanna feel depressed all time. which i get it.. me i dont mind the depression s---, s---, life is depressing. heard someone say certain ppl dont like cole because they scared of reality, they wanna be lied to

    closes album he had like that was cole world.
    need him to make a cole world mixed with fhd

    dont think he'll ever get back to that cole world s---, i dont think the n----- is happy.

    Need Cole to get back to that Cant get enough, nobodys perfect, in the morning, rise and shine, cole world (idc what yall say, that s--- bump) higher, cost me alot, you got it, chris tucker, Ain't That Some s--- (Interlude), no role modelz, wet dreamz

    basically need a album full of those type tracks

    In the Complex interview, Elite did say that when the album was turned in, Cole recorded two new verses.

    So, something else is coming.

    I will give you this, I do think the hook is a little repetative especially after hearing it a few times all that form on the block s--- is just kinda lackluster. But he's spitting hot flames on that track.

    Man, I've listened to this album about 10 times and imo it's easily Cole's best album. s----s absolutely beautiful from start to finish; just came to the realization earlier that the first track (for whom the bell tolls) is actually the final moments of the guys life "rain pouring down before my very eyes, should come as no surprise" is him getting gunned down. Maybe I'm a little slow to realize that but I haven't seen a lot of people acknowledge this. Also, after getting married & having my daughter (my first child) a few months ago I was legit brought me to tears by "she's mine pt. 2", just like the first time I listened to Cole 6 years ago he strikes these chords where it's like d--- that's exactly how that feels, and that s--- hit in such a personal way it's probably one of my favorite songs of all time by anyone. But yea, I thought I'd post how I felt about this since I'm probably not gonna be on here often, coming from someone who's been dissapointed by this n----- numerous times, 4yeo is truly a great album imo.

    So is Deja Vu A continuation of Dreams and Power Trip? Anyone think there's a deeper meaning to this song? I feel like it may be in a sense of like his friend can see his dream before his eyes (similar to Cole and rap) but he can't do no promising - cause the streets have got him tied down. Am I trippin or nah? s--- goes either way, album still on repeat.
