Jan 14, 2017 Man, I'm baked right now and playing Relapse. This is so f---ing cool. It always sounds good,whenever I put it on I can vibe to it and the awesome beats and flow. It's just so creative and experimental for Em. The whole concept is genius, I love the skits too and the album art. You can tell he made it cause he didn't give a f--- and did him. That's why I love it, it's light years ahead of the poppy Recovery mess. So f---ing good. The only songs i dislike are Crack a Bottle and We Made You. And They're not even that bad tbh.

Jan 14, 2017 I love Relapse, only problem for me always was, that everything sounded so alike and monotonous. If you look at every song separated from the other, almost every song is awesome. But as a whole..I don't know what it is...the production, the voice...Hmm..never mind, as I said I love Relapse, but that always bothered me
Jan 14, 2017 I've been sayin this s---... like everyone I was disappointed at release but about 2-3 years later you can objectively view how dope he was in all phases on that album. The only thing it lacked was the light hearted witty side of slim, this albums was far darker and less playful than an sslp and not quite serious or intellectual as MMLP. At this point the album is clearly 4th in the discog with a 7.5/10 rating. Recovery is 5th with a 7 imo. Mmlp2 the worst post hiatus album. The dude has made one subpar album

Jan 15, 2017 relapse was marketed as return of slim shady- and he did return, but without the humour, it was just...dark. death of ur best friend and an O.D. can s--- humour out your life. I loved it on 1st listen and still don't get why people complained about the accents, it fits the album.
