Bout to read a book prolly start it next week about some kids that got killed on a train track in the (i think) 80s. The were on the track and placed under a green tarp to keep them camouflaged and the train didn't stop in time. Autopsies showed they had weed and some beer in their systems so they ruled it an accidental death and said the boys got high and fell asleep on the train tracks but obviously that isnt what happens when u smoke weed and theres been a lot of talk about police controlled drug rings in the town at the time and the same night the boys died apparently there was a man dressed in camo seen in the woods that fired a shot at someone and its theories that the boys stumbled across a d--- deal or some kind of dirty work taking place out in the woods and had to be eliminated

edit: heres the book i cant rly find a wiki article about the whole thing tho but i think some super far right wackadoo film maker did a propaganda documentary saying hillary and bill are responsible a few years after it happened

the franklin scandal
basically a child sex ring conspiracy its a huge ordeal some guy from washington was accused of taking troubled youths from Boys Town and shopping them around to rich people/powerful people in the government. Got lots of traction when people started coming out and actually saying they were a part of it and were abducted and then they'd be forced to abduct more kids if they wanted to live to keep everyone quiet so its like they can't go to the news or police because they're just as guilty. Got a lot of attention when one kid named Johnny Gosch went missing and his mom went absolutely insane. She started getting photos mailed to her of kids who looked like her son all bound up and tied together.
few good documentaries about it, discovery channel sent a film crew out to investigate the franklin scandal and when they came back and showed the producers what they had they killed the show immediately and wouldn't allow it to air. there's a copy of it now decades later on youtube but it's not the complete version. editing is rough and theres a few missing scenes but it's f----- up. a lot of it is obviously bs but theres some pretty freaky things in there too

one of the key dudes from that one^ that said he was abducted and then in turn had to abduct other kids was also in a movie called Who Took Johnny

Really f----- up stuff he talks about how they were kept in a basement together and then he wound up on america's most wanted where he took the crew of AMW out to a house in the middle of nowhere and showed them these secret tunnels under the house and he said they'd keep the kids down there in the tunnels whenever someone came to the house and he said if they ever made noise or tried to run away they'd get branded with a hot iron and a X) symbol then someone wrote into AMW and said they were a member of the same ring and sent in a picture of a scar of that same X) symbol branded into his arm.

-Lots of weird f---ing art
-Huge budget for art and a lot of it is unsettling
-Giant blue mustang statue is put up outside the airport
-Statue actually fell on and killed the guy who was making it before they put it up
-Lots of weird murals actually in the airport like this one that shows a soldier in a gas mask holding a rifle and a sword stabbing a dove in the back and chopping at kids that are sleeping while there are mothers holding their dead babies to the left of the children

-had multi million dollar renovations underground in the 90s, apparently for an automated baggage system. After years of construction and going millions of dollars over budget, they announced that the system didn't work and they wouldn't be using it
-There is now at least up to 3 underground levels in the air port, up to 8 apparently but public and even employees aren't allowed down that far
-There's a freemason plaque in the lobby that says "New World Airline Commissions" (New World Airline Commissions is not a real business/company/organization. doesn't exist)

theres lots of crackpots that say s--- about how it's a landing zone for alien exports and imports. theres apparently a lot of offices in the areas that are off limits but no one knows what they're used for. there's also a dude that said he used to work as a geologist with the FBI and he was there during construction and was working with them on some extra terrestrial s---.

I probably missed a lot of s--- but this is a decent video overview of a lot of the weird stuff about the air port
