Man, nothing is impossible with Em.

Most Em fans (me included) seem to have this strange reaction to material or flows they don't like, as if that's forever or he doesn't do constant 180s all the time.

Like, seriously, who the f--- predicted a comedic horrorcore album with obsessively detailed rhymes & flows, and circus-a----boom-bap beats by Dre, after Encore? Nobody saw that s--- coming, and I bet everybody was thinking 'he's simplified his technical skills now, he'll never go back' and yet he went from a--- Like That and Just Lose It to 3am & Stay Wide Awake.

Then, people thought 'oh Em's just isolated and silly now, he'll never make emotional music again, or music which resonates or is real life s---', and he responds with Recovery. Admittedly very flawed, compromised etc. etc. / Regardless, it couldn't have been more of a 180 from Relapse. He went from Same Song & Dance and Medicine Ball to Going Through Changes and Love the Way You Lie...

Then he died his hair blonde and did MMLP2. And apologised to his mother, and had dope lyricism and raps, after the many subpar and cringe moments of Recovery. He stepped his rapping up like a million percent.

So we might, or you might - think it's all figured out and will be X Y Z, but he's never done that on the following album, and he usually does the opposite of what's about to be expected of him or what his fans are saying. Do you seriously think he ''can't'' do those flows you want? Don't be silly. He doesn't want to, he's trying to experiment and create new styles or the time - I'm not saying they're good or you have to like them, but this idea people have that he's somehow... broken his ability to do the flows or styles they want is bizarre. It's not like he's trying to do those styles, and failing. He's deliberately trying a different style all together.

So no, you almost certainly wont get those flows. But we may get something even better. Because we sure as f--- don't know what we will get. Content-wise, sure, will probably be his same usual mix, but stylistically? Could be f---ing anything at all.

if eminem announce its gonna be his last album i think he will be recovery era huge again. but he will need strong singles. i heard his recovery album has sold 15 million worldwide till now. do you think he can top that?
