    My respect for Steph has risen this series after seeing him get essentially manhandled by the Spurs without the refs calling any fouls. Insane that he's played as well he has considering he already looks exhausted and it's only half time.

    Klay Thompson has been pretty bad this series, not that great this whole playoffs. Does he break out of this for the finals or is this an issue of not getting in a rhythm with Curry/KD/Green handling the ball as much they do?

    Masai hired him to work as a GM with him a few years ago I believe. So they're both technically the GMs, but Masai is the boss.

    I have a feeling he has a big game in the finals. One of the streakiest shooters in NBA history. He's either on or off, but when he's on, he can take over a game and then some.

    Warriors should be able to win vs. the cavs in 5 or less if they continue to play like they have been.

    I know people are expecting an intense 6-7 game series but I just don't see it unless the Warriors totally f--- up. Even last year the Warriors were in control till Draymond got suspended and Klay started talking and pissed off Bron. Now add KD to the mix and it should be a wrap.

    He's an unbelievable shooter when he's on - still, maybe it's just me but this year feels like the most inconsistent that he's been as a shooter. I think his defense has improved however.

    Spurs GM classy as f---, saw a video of the Warriors running off the court after their win and the Spurs GM was congratulating them all 1 on 1 and shaking their hand etc.

    Even more classy considering the Kawhi injury, not saying it was intentional but it was definitely avoidable.

    He's in his own tier in comparison with the other 29 head coaches and at worst is a top 3 coach of all time.

    If that were the case you would think Lebron wouldn't have acted like such a sensitive baby at the press conference. Seemed like a case of just completely overlooking a team you beat by a hundo. They fully thought they were winning by 30 going into it though and probably will win by that tonight.

    I was reading this comment and wondering how could anyone think Doc was a top 3 coach of all time.

    I meant to type Doc not Pop. Pop is #1 imo.

    He makes it so hard to like him sometimes. Getting into it with a fan and a reporter after you take 2 shots in the 4th period of a potential closeout at home? He has by far the most hoe tendencies I've ever seen out of a player of his talent in NBA history.

    Scott Brooks is actually a good coach. The worst part of his coaching is his stubbornness and unwillingness to make adjustments mid-game. He has always been like that, even in OKC. It's similar to a guy you mentioned actually, Thibs. With some of the worst big men in the league, outside of Morris, he took a team that missed the playoffs last year to 1 win away from the ECF and made them the only legitimate (semi) threat to the Cavs in the East. He might not crack a top 5, but he's in the conversation.
