Y'all notice that they pushed this up to June and it used to be May? Or am I crazy? I almost thought this wasn't going on this year. Sad I'm going to be away camping while it's live though. Not like I've had a video game console of any kind since 2013 anyway. Fml.

For anybody wondering, Hideo Kojima confirmed on Twitter that he will be at E3, although for an entirely different reason than to promote his new game.

Project Scorpio, just out of curiosity, I don't really care.
Only game that I'm slightly interested in is sea of thieves, last 5 years in gaming for me is far cry 3 being reskined by everybody, everywhere

A lot of what I'm interested in has already been ruled out. No Shenmue 3, no Beyond Good & Evil 2

Super in for the Life Is Strange prequel that's been doing the rounds lately tho

Just bought Nioh and Bloodborne today for my PS4. In Canada Bestbuy is doing a 20% off each preorder. Thinking of preordering:

    Red Dead Redemption 2
    God of War
    Everybody's Golf (Hot Shots Golf)

Watched my girlfriend play LIS, I fell asleep like once or twice but that s--- was pretty cool. Just watching it felt more immersive than playing the Telltale TWD games, which are cool too.

probs don't ever pre-order a game if you can stop yourself. It's kind of telling game developers "hey i haven't seen the finished product but here's payment for the product anyway" I know a lot of people don't think it's that big of a deal, but speaking from experience if you get paid to do something, before you finish doing it, your motivation to continue doing it plummits.

Think of it like work, for example, lets say you get $200 for a full days worth of work, what if you rocked up to work, they gave you $200 and then said "ok do the job". That entire day you're going to be thinking about the money you already have. where as, in a regular workplace you have more of a mindset like "i neeed to do this job well and complete it to get paid"

Probably wont be anything at E3. Square already said it's delayed indefinitely. Not only that but they just shat out FFXV last year and they have to focus on saving their dying legacy by not f---ing up the episodic release FF7. My hype for KH3 is dying as welll, Square have mentioned there'll be cuts and s--- in development, they don't care so why should i?
telltale ""games"" the most blatant false advertisement i ever f---ing seen. I download the walking dead GAME for PC, listed under >GAMES on piratebay. So i download telltale game's the walking dead game. where is the gameplay? it doesn't f---ing exist. company needs a rebranding to "telltale interactive stories" they aren't f---ing games, that's for sure.

Oh I hear you on the preordering. Trust me I'm like George Costanza when it comes to buying games. I bought Nioh today because it was 39.99 rather than the regular 79.99. Bloodborne was 19.99 as well. I do't ever really preorder games/buy on day one unless it's games I ABSOLUTELY want. Red Dead I absolutely want, GoW I might skip and just wait for it to be 29.99. I do that more than ever with most of my purchases. I used to buy NBA 2K games day one but noticed in November they already go on sale for 39.99 so this year I bought 2K17 for 39.99 instead of getting it day 1 a month previous for 79.99. So if I do preorder RDR2 and GoW instead of paying 90 bucks after tax for them I think I'll be paying 74 bucks after tax. So I'll save the 16 bucks each for day 1 purchases.

EDIT: Also preordering online doesn't have the payment go through right away. The payment only charges you when the product is shipped.
