    So there's a producer by the name of CLLLAPS who has similar production to this, in fact there's a song that he and Kanye allegedly did bout almost a year ago, it wasn't confirmed to be Kanye but CLLLAPS only followed Kanye at the time and the production sound is really similar to the one in OP so we could assume this guy is the producer
