    I wouldn't be shocked if nothing happened tonight but I think it would be stupid if they missed this opportunity. Getting himself out there with the live shows, generating hype for it to amount to nothing would be next level stupidity. However anything is posesible when it comes to Eminem, album may not even drop till next year.

    Definitely. I'm expecting an album with way more social and political commentary in the same vein as TES, especially when things haven't been this bad since Bush was in office.

    It’s pretty f---ing crazy how much hype the anticipation - based on pure speculation - of an announcement OF an announcement can create. More so than some artists get for their actual album

    I fully expect for there to be a promo at the VMAs tonight. I can see why people would be pessimistic, but there's just way too much pointing in the direction of the album being done for there to not be an announcement of some kind soon.
