Oct 26, 2017 Son of a Gun, Ride or Die, Daylight and Row Your Boat are the best songs for me after one listen.. too bad we've had two of those for months. This ain't near Love Story's level imo, which blew me away the first listen.. What's up with Sabrina. Outro is so long on a couple of songs Couple of songs from HOTEL should've replaced a few of these imo.. a lot are very similar to me

Oct 26, 2017 Trial By Fire met my expectations and blew me away. Album is very solid. This is exactly what I wanted to hear from him. His storytelling is Fantastic!!! He doesn't try to put music out that is fake to make money like all the mainstream rappers. He speaks from the heart and sings and raps about stuff that impacted him growing up. I wish I wouldn't have heard all the singles, because I overplayed them. I've only listened to the album twice, but this will be on my daily listening for a long time. I give it 5 stars!!!
