Nov 10, 2017 yeh i like the direction. more-current than trying to release a 'without me' silly type song following his previous release patterns. it's a good mature look and indicates this being a 'farewell' type album, which i'm keen on hearing.
Nov 10, 2017 Ruined it?? Nah it MADE the song - IF the song transitions into a dope concept or a hard hitting song, which is not a song about his songs. Which is why it's the perfect intro. If that's the case. Because it's like 'okay let's get all the writing about my writing and insecurities out the way', then end with a cocky line which transitions it out of the meta s--- into actual content again. Aka not content about his content.
