Ron Burgundy Still a Grade-A prick.

Nope. Still think it would have been classic if not for straight from the lab leak.
Still like half the songs though and think it was intentionally silly to get new younger fans.

Only two songs were meant for Encore from SFTL so it wouldn’t have mattered much.

Take out my first single, a--- like that, big weenie and put the bonus tracks on there instead. Then add when I'm gone and you got a classic.

I don't agree that it's half classic, half trash.

The trash part is certainly true. There are a bunch of insultingly lazy, insipid songs on there. The other tracks though; they are mostly over-rated for simply being not terrible. The whole album is uninspired, there's only a couple of memorable moments on it.

... And yet, thanks to Eminem's hideous decline, I look back on it fondly.

Still hate it. Honestly I don't even care for some of the "classic" songs on it. Like Toy Soldiers and Mockingbird get instantly skipped. We As Americans, Love You More, Never Enough, Encore, and Spend Some Time are the only songs I still enjoy.

Yes. It has changed dramatically. The problem with Encore is that it had a few really bad songs that stood out like a sore thumb. Big Weenie, Puke, and a--- Like That were some of the worst songs ever. However, there were some gems on Encore. You take away those songs and throw in We As Americans, Love You More, and make No Apologies the lead song, then we have a true classic album.

I used to hate Encore. I hated it the day I got it and was so disappointed. I thought Eminem was lazy and depressed and the album put me in a bad mood. But you know what? While I liked Recovery and MMLP 2 initially, overtime Encore and Relapse have grown on me much more than those albums. I would put Encore above his last 2 albums. He was right in Be Careful What you Wish For. Encore is basically a classic now.

I love a lot of songs on the album. Toy Soldiers, MockingBird, Mosh, Yellow Brick Road, Spend Some Time and Encore are great songs. Even Just Lose It is a fun song. It's a really good album. Even though Eminem doesn't sound inspired on it like TES, at least his flow is more natural than in recent years.
