    I think it will be for a week before going public
    everywhere else’s. This way he makes money on the side from Apple, and he doesn’t have to worry about it leaking.

    really digging the drums added to the third verse in the live version, makes it more dramatic and he sounds a bit more passionate

    He said it was pretty good,and liked the Beyonce hook and thought Em made some beautiful points. But he also said you aren't going to go back and listen to it much if you aren't a hardcore fan.

    i think people will appreciate the song more once you hear the entire project but its starting to grow on me the more i listen to it

    There will always be haters until they throw dirt on my grave.. Walk on Water is great! It's way better than the first single he had for MMLP2...Im proud he's goin out like this if he's hangin up the mic...This album will be classic

    Im sure this has been discussed somewhere in this section but I've been really busy lately so I've missed a lot of the conversation about Revival and Walk on Water.

    Anyway I'm wondering--we know from the Big Sean mention that this song was written sometime after No Favors. Probably at least a couple of months.

    Does this validate the theory of album material being scrapped sometime in between the release of Campaign Speech and spring of this year? Due to reception? Do you think all of Revival will have been written after No Favors, or do you think some or most of it was written before (let's say, in the same writing cycle as Campaign Speech)?

    I never really bought into the suggestion that he scrapped a lot of material and started over, but Walk on Water is almost a confession that he has.

    Finally, if he did scrap a lot of material for the would-be album, do you hope to hear it someday, in some form?
