MFer, you mixing up worldwide and USA units. WoW barely did 10 mill on YouTube IN THE US. And Eminem isn't as big as he was then. I'm sorry but that's just being real. And cause of streaming platforms, he most likely won't sell as much pure units. And a lot of people bought MMLP2 cause of it's name. It was a sequel to MMLP. You might say "oh but Recovery did 741k in the first week" but that's cause everyone thought he was sober and he's made a comeback. He has no gimmick for this. Nothing at all. Hate if you hate, but this just being real. I call it how I see it. Besides, WoW's this week's units don't add to Eminem's first week sales.
Also, it's 150 streams per unit for singles or single songs. Ten of those make an album unit (1500 streams to an album unit)

Why would people buy mmlp2 off the name when it was common f---ing knowledge that it was a marketing ploy and would be nowhere near as good as the original and on top of that there was a crazy amount of recovery fans who literally hated the idea of a mmlp2 album. I don’t see what made him a bigger artist back then than now when in reality for mmlp2 none of the s--- he did got him as much attention as the bet cypher and if you deny that you’re delusional as s--- just sounds like you’re talking out of your a--- for the most part.

My opinion is that Eminem is getting in the way of himself. He keeps thinking people want something new. I just want to hear the "The Eminem Show" Eminem again. I'm going to cry and k--- myself slowly on Christmas because I know we won't get anything worthwhile.

It’ll be huge as f--- once it actually updates that one time rather than just constantly. Imagine checking this thread tomorrow and seeing the revival page updated can you picture how big that would be? Now imagine it updating every few days with info it’s not that big of a deal.

Ok, so I wasn't really thinking about views being USA or worldwide (my mistake, I'm half f----- up enjoying my Friday evening as I normally do). I'm well aware 1,500 streams is an album unit. That's what I meant when I said 1,500 streams = 1 sale (as in one album sale).

I said he has a loyal fanbase and he does. It's not that serious to me, honestly. I'm not in the group that thinks he's gonna sell a million first week. As I said, I wasn't exactly sure how they figure YouTube views (whether before or after the album releases) into the numbers either. I get your opinion and that's cool.

But the whole issue with numbers doesn't really matter that much to me, I just talk about the things I think others are interested in (usually just bring up facts to bring awareness to topics), but I'm not one that takes it that serious because I'm not a fa----.

But you're right - there isn't really a gimmick for this. That's why I think the album could just be all over the place (like MMLP2 was).
