Eminem probably has a bunch of yes men, Paul Rosenberg included thinking that Rick Rubin or Skylar Grey is what the people want to hear which in fact they probably don't. i know i don't wanna hear any of them attached to Eminem's music anymore.

Totally agree. He knows what beats people are into these days. Prhyme, layers, and trust the shooter all had exclusive beats that were dope. But with Bar Exam 4 he showed everyone that he can also get on any popular industry beat and proceed to tear it to shreds.

Spot on. This is why I'm always shocked when some people here always say they never want a Royce feature on an eminem album. Like what the f---? Some of Em's best music post hiatus is when he teams up with Royce. Em has way more solo s--- post hiatus compared to songs with Royce so there's obviously more quality content without Royce, but when they team up, it's usually pretty f---ing good. Sure em will usually have the better verses, but I think that's because Royce pushes him. You know, a little friendly competition. I'd love to hear a track in 2017 or 2018 with them together seeing as how Royce is killing everything these days. I wouldn't be surprised if he outshines Em or at least gets em to step up his game up.

This is random and granted this was many years ago, but renegade was originally an Em and Royce track. So if anyone influenced those historic Em verses, it was Royce, not Jay z. Jay z heard that song and wanted it badly for blueprint. So he bought it. I might be wrong but I thought I remember hearing or reading Hov paid something like a million dollars for that song. If true, crazy.

Plus, the original with Royce>Hov version. And I'm a Jay z Stan. But I think Royce's verses are better than Hov's.

I'm always hoping for another bad meets evil album. I would love a full length collab album instead of an ep with random tracks. That s--- would be fire.

Overall, h--- the sequel is better than watch the throne IMO. Watch the throne had some classics but as whole project I thought it was not as good as it should have been while bad meets evil was pretty much exactly what I expected it to be. Plus the intro to HTS? f---ing h---. s--- is still fire all these years later.

There are 6 rappers who are the best of the best at sharing verses going back and forth: Styles P and Jadakiss, m--- and redman, and Em and Royce. No two rappers can go back and forth on the same verse and have it sound so perfect better than these 3 pairs.

I hear you. Most of his albums came out a long time ago. Prhyme and Layers were dope albums though. But I think this is mainly due to Royce's improved flow and lyrics and most importantly, his beat selection these days. Starter coat is still my jam. But I grew up in the 90s when starter coats were the s--- haha

No you misunderstood what I mean. I'm not talking about 2 rappers being on the same song. I'm talking about 2 rappers sharing the same verse. Like going back and forth 4 bars a piece or whatever for the entire verse. Off the top of my head, outside of brooklyn's finest, I can't think of any other song where they did this. I love the dough were all individual verses (which is my favorite song by them together). Young Gs were individual verses too. Anyways, you get the point.
