Sometimes people do kind of force themselves to like it or not dislike it as much. Maybe they really want to like it and do it unconsiously but it happens often.

But according to you, his good music is his old music, and his old music is full of that content that I mentioned. If everybody stopped comparing today's Eminem with Eminem 15 plus years ago, you'll realize that it is good music. Maybe not compared to his old songs, but it's still good music coming from a 45 year old rapper.

I think it was because he finally scrapped the accents after all the Relapse stuff, I was just mad hyped he rapped in his regular voice again and was blinded by the crappy beats and forced shouting flow he has throughout recovery, the first track I still regularly listen to and going through changes sometimes but everything else is ironically "ehhh"

I'm gunna just predict that Revival will be better than Recovery and MmLP2
And have better songs than Relapse but mabye not as cohesive or playthrough....although I dunno if it'll have a song as good as Deja Vue (his best post hiatus imo)



When all sed an done it will probably sound like a mix of TES and MMLP2

I went through this same process. I bumped recovery all summer 2010 and now it literally hurts my ears to listen to certain songs off there.

Relapse was always big with me but its good to see how much its grown on other people. Probably because it fits in line with whats popular in music now, not much substance but great production and flow.

The problem is that a lot of the dudes on this forum arnt fans of music or rap ability or flow. Many are just degenerates who long for another kim song and miss the dont give a f--- em. They cant even recognize a good flow over bars with lyrical meaning, which is why they hate recovery.

Me personally i loved relapse and i loved recovery. Why? Because im a fan of rap music. These other clowns are just degenerates.

I love the 1st 2/3 of Untouchable. The beat, the lyrics, the hook. The 3rd part is solid if not too long. Beat is meh, lyrics are dope tho. I don't remember who compared this to So Far off MMLP2 but 1. Songs are nothing alike, and 2. So Far sucks, this track is pretty dope overall 8/10
