I can only really see Ems career taking three paths after this album drops tomorrow night. This album, no matter how much you like it, is going to be critically panned and s--- on. Also, the awful promotion thus far is going to really hurt the sales. This is a high contender for Ems worst-selling commerical album and will probably be the worst-reviewed em album. (I personally enjoy a good amount of the tracks) I see em taking three paths after this album:
    1. Em completely shuts down after this, goes full recluse and his confidence is too shattered to attempt to make any new albums, maybe features here in there.
    2. Slippery Slope. Following this album, Em will try to make up for the critical response to Revival next year by hastily putting out even more music that gets panned just as much, if not more.
    3. Em gets angry, has a breakdown and puts out a classic.
Only way I see this going, I think #2 is the most-likely scenario as Em's whole life is music and he is obsessed with his legacy. #1 is pretty likely too, #3 is crazy unlikely. Where do you guys think Em will realistically go after this?

h--- no. don't lock thread. OP made some good points. I am hoping he does a #3. If he goes out, he can't go out with such a trash album like this.
