    Ok guys if you listen to castle at 2:45 you can hear this was recorded in his bathroom back in 87. You can hear hallie crying for her bottle in the background.

    Oh and arose that s--- is wack that's from 11-22-1963 and that was recorded in down town Texas. If you listen close you can hear the gun shots from the grassy knoll or wait maybe the shots were from the book repository. s--- that's it. He went back in time and took hooks from songs made in the 60s and spliced them in. Come on you don't hear that. s--- is clear as day. Turn the bass all the way down but the treble up to 7 and then listen to it in reverse you can hear the bullets as they pierce through Kennedy's skull

    None of the these tracks are old. Eminem just jumped between sounds. His writing on castle/arose is leagues higher than the drugged out jargon he had on GOAT, apple, I get money freestyles, and the garbage touchdown era... Even My darling and Careful what you wish for are simple in that sense.

    His latest performances show he can still jump between his new and old vocals.

    But yea, the diverse sounds from track to track makes this album play out like a playlist. Not feeling any of these Rick Rubin rock tunes.

    Yeah that's what I took the meaning as. Also the Revival from his overdose which preceeded all those albums.

    if all the songs happen to be brand new

    isn't it such a slap that he can accomplish that sound and just chooses not to? or can write something as beautiful as castle/arose, but puts songs like Offended on an album?

    listening to arose, would you agree it's new? do the casual pauses at random times not scream new Em? just toss a few vocal layers on it and you have Arose.

    luckily the pauses don't ruin it

    Arose part one is new, Arose Part two/castle verse four is recovery em with a spliced in MMLP2 reference for continuity

    EDIT: and Arose part one is definitely old writing just rerecorded rapping
