Dec 15, 2017 [If you get butthurt fast, or can't deal with an other mans opinion, don't continue reading] Opinion: First of all, I think that a lot of hate towards the album is fake, and are just a bunch of 12 year olds who appreciate "Gucci g---" way to much. Everyone who wants Eminem back to drugs, so he can become Slim again, where are you at with your mind? I understand that people like the good ol' Slim Shady, but I think we need to take a second to realize that music and Hip-Hop changes with time. The lyrics on this album are relentless, and are spoken from his heart. I think Em' is still going strong, since he doesn't give a single f*ck what everyone wants (Slim) and still walks his own path. Eminem quitting Hip-Hop/Rap? Ater listening very carefully to each single song on his new album Revival, the last song "Arose" scared the sh*t out of me. I will quote the lyrics for the people who still don't know what I'm talking about after reading the Title and above part. "I'll put out this last album, then I'm done with it One hundred percent finished, fed up with it I'm hanging it up, f--- it Excuse the cursing, baby, but just know That I'm a good person, though they portray me as cold" He's saying he's going to quit Hip-Hop. But... Wait? Didn't we hear this before? What are your thoughts? I think there won't be any album anymore, but LOTS and LOTS of featuring. -- I'm open for a conversation, but "hate" comments, or comments with the intention to tell me I'm not right, can s--- it. Dec 15, 2017 in Soldier he said he will retire at 30. On the freestyle before MMLP he said "this is my last album" he said goodbye to hollywood. He made a song called When I'm Gone and talked about the curtains closes and killed Shady. He does this literally every time.

Dec 15, 2017 no it isn't, and i've been listening to Eminem since The Slim Shady LP. and i still own a broken cassette tape of it too. even MMLP2 is better and that was bad.
Dec 15, 2017 there's like 3 songs on Revial i can really tolerate, he dropped the ball on this project for real. maybe i'm expecting too much from him but this album doesn't have anything that really stands out.
Dec 15, 2017 I just can't stand most of the production on this album. The more I listen to the album the more I like a lot of the content. Even with the choppy flow, he's figured out ways to make the stop and go not annoying, or at least a little more pleasing to the ears (by adding adlibs, changing his voice, adding sound effects and s--- like that). But nearly every beat on this album is f---ing bruuuuuutal. d--- shame too because there is some quality content here that I normally would f--- with. But most of the songs are just not enjoyable to me because of the beats (specifically I'm referring to almost every beat starting with River and ending with Need Me. I don't hate maybe 2 beats in that insane stretch). Oh well. At least I like 4 songs for sure. That's about the same number of songs I liked on MMLP2 so I really shouldn't complain.
