Dec 19, 2017 Chloraseptic and Like Home are bearable. Castle + Arose are the random classics Eminem accidentally releases every album since Relapse. The rest of the album is almost a parody. I don't think Eminem even listens to music. Like, he lost every ounce of audible creativity. His producers don't have the courage to tell him no. What's worse is, he admits it all on Walk On Water then continues to release the exact same s---.
Dec 21, 2017 This album took a bit of adjusting ... Mostly because it's been 4 years since we heard anything really, from em as a complete project. That said, I agree with OP in terms of album ranking. This is probably his most well rounded album post-hiatus. There are a few consensus tracks that are missteps, but overall is varied in sound to do exactly what he planned to do (add something for everybody). Toss in a deluxe version, adjust your playlist and this is a classic. It's going to age well.
Dec 21, 2017 This is absolutely his 4th best album. And I think he has room to improve sonically still if he gets on some more modern hip hop beats.
Dec 21, 2017 I like Nowhere Fast a lot (especially for a Recovery type song bcuz it’s not my fave album by any stretch) ... but I think you’re missing the message on it... it’s about how volatile the US/Europe is right now with all the terrorism... either way it’s a great song with good content but I’m missing the message you’re taking away from it... enlighten me please @Koolo
Dec 21, 2017 Like Home 8 Need me (which is barely even an eminem song since it's just pink singing for 2+ minutes straight) 7
