    KOD getting way more coverage and praise than 4YEO. KOD is getting as much or even more attention than FHD

    Dope. Dx is usually pretty artist and Cole friendly. I’m still skeptical that the cool kids will give the album it’s due.

    Although to put the Apple record in perspective Apple Music was a brand new service when Views dropped. And their subscriber base has more than tripled from Views to KOD.

    I'm not surprised, feels like a long time ago when I was trying to desperately recommend FNL & TWU. I swear it feels like he the most popular rapper here in NY sometimes.

    I think the irony about the "cole is for intelligent listeners only" memes is that usually the people that spam that meme are people that think they're TOO intelligent to listen to Cole's music. Sure I get that there are idiots that actually believe that s--- but every big artist is going to have a portion of their fan base that are fanatics/ignorant, take Beyoncé for example.

    I just will never understand why there's a pretentious nature about music. It doesn't matter who you listen to. Music is all about flow, and whatever mood you're in. I bump lil pump/etc. whenever im lit, they make perfect music for that. I just think that cole has always been one of those artists that memer's and "200 IQ geniuses" are desperate to put in a box because god forbid if they liked one of his albums they'd lose all their internet cred, what a joke lol

    Yeah I'm looking at June 15th or November 10th as possible release dates since it'll be the warm up anniversary in June and Friday night lights anniversary in November
