    See, to me the fact that we don't know whether he thinks MGK falls under the umbrella term "mumble rap" or was using it as a term to belittle him is wack to me, but I also think "mumble rap" is a wack term (I know my boi @Cyreides would love to get in another discussion about this :emoji_wink: ).

    The fact that Eminem could think MGK falls under the term "mumble rap" just shows how stupid of a term it is to me, because the term reduces a bunch of vastly different artists under one negative umbrella. Young Thug sounds nothing like Kevin Gates who sounds nothing like MGK who sounds nothing like Kodak Black who sounds nothing like Chief Keef, yet they've all been described as "mumble rap." It's just a petty, bitter term imo used by a lot of people who are stuck in the 90s.

    I can go from binging Young Thug's discography, to listening to A Tribe Called Quest then to Clipse to then to Straight Outta Compton then to Future then to Mobb Deep. We all have our preferences and interests, and you don't have to like all of it, but there's good s--- from all eras and I'm disappointed when people cast aside certain eras completely.

    Diss was overall great though.
