    2 & 3 are some of the best albums in rap history.

    I've only been able to listen through once but it's a really good album without even factoring in the issues surrounding it and the fact that this man has been in the game for almost 20 years, dropped 30+ projects, and is still capable of dropping music of this good.

    Kendrick was fine to me, but Wayne bodied that track.

    This album is way better than I expected it to be.

    How is open safe dated? You know how many chicks are gonna be twerking in the club when that song comes on? Lol it fits perfectly in today’s sound.

    I'll give the length a pass just for once since I know dude badly wanted to clear the vault as much as he could. One thing is very clear is that Wayne's ability should never be questioned again, dude sounded inspired on a lot of these tracks. Filler of course hurts it, and calling it Tha Carter somewhat puts the extra weight on the name but overall I had fun listening to this

    Won't surprise me if Wayne goes on another song a day s--- just to unleash all the songs he got stored away

    For the same reasons you just stated is why I like this album so much. It's 23 tracks, and an hour and a half in length, but it's clear that he just wanted to share each one of these songs for one reason or another - every song is a genuine offering. In that way this has no "filler", even though there are about 6 songs I'll probably skip every single time.

    As a final chapter to the Carter series, and considering all that he went through to put this out, the length is endearing to me. I'll rarely listen to this top down, but that's okay. I don't need to.

    1 & 5 are close right now. had to pick 3rd or 4th in the list... C2 > C3 > C1 or C5 > C4

    there's a really solid 12-15 track album here in C5, but it's downfall is the length, so it's difficult to judge.
