    I was thinkin' the same about THa Carter 5 been waited for so long but then I read about 1 million s--- happened with Tha Carter IV which made me realize Wayne always does smh in 1st weeks. I don't believe this. They always do a trick with Wayne albums.

    Well I remember in interviews 50 said something about them messing with album sales numbers don’t know how true that is regardless I’m happy the album finally came out but it is most certainly not on kamikaze level in the next few weeks people will be forgetting about this album just my opinion

    Flows, beats, hooks, arrangements : kamikaze outshines C5 in every aspect.

    I loved a couple of songs from C5 though

    That will be the case no doubt. But it's kinda obvious they mess with the numbers. There was a rumour about Birdman buying a lot of copies etc. Wayne did a million in 2011 with tha Carter IV in the first week, it's obvious that smh going on there when an album like Recovery just did 700k+ in the first week. I'm thinkin' they are doing smh with streaming this time

    Wayne is a huge name so this shouldn’t surprise anyone. Also, Carter V was entering Detox territory. It’s been highly anticipated for years.

    oh God, imma just say this, Eminem has sold about 80m albums more than Wayne WW and Wayne dropped 3 more solo projects than Em. Don't come at Em when it comes to sales

    I think this is also due to the fact c5 has more songs and it adds more streams ofc

    But like i said both albums dope , no one expected this quality from em or wayne in 2018

    I still like kamikaze more , not cuz im an em stan but because the album is shorter and cuz of that it doesnt have so much filler

    Same source was way off for Eminem, they are using linear math, they aren't looking at factors like yhandi releasing a day later, which takes streams away.

    Em will squeak in higher than Wayne , if Kanye actually drops.
