Oct 19, 2018 Yeah the scene w laurie in the classroom was suppose to be jamie. Also there is a scene written where laurie sees (on the news) that jamie is killed and she goes to the bathroom and vomits. They wanted h20 to be a sequel to 6.. but they cut it. Probably because how the f--- would they have included the r-----ed thorn s---? Lmao Yeah H3 was fun. Kinda funny unintentionally as well lol but I wish we got more of that. Basically something like 'trick r treat' but then one story for each movie. I really like that movie btw.
Oct 19, 2018 Yeah. Execution is not bad but I really hate these POV type of movies. The camera shaking and half the time not really seeing what happens annoys the f--- out of me lol. Same w parts of Paranormal Activity (altough its mostly home camera's), Blair Witch Project and others like it.

Oct 20, 2018 My immediate go-to's are Kiyoshi Kurosawa's twin masterpieces of Cure/Pulse. Both are just drenched in atmosphere...Kurosawa is a master of generating a sense of danger that you may not see or even understand, but you certainly feel it. There are a few stretches in each that are among the most haunting I've ever seen in a horror film. Horror itself is highly subjective though, so one's mileage may vary. I just got back from the new Halloween myself...I'll keep quiet though until more people get a chance to check it out.

Oct 20, 2018 I also want to say I was HYPED for this movie. I got over the Laurie/Sarah Connor stuff pretty quickly and the trailers really won me over. I can't tell you how excited I was for this but man... I was sitting there trying to force myself to not hate it but I just couldn't. As far as H6 goes yeah I enjoy it. I liked Paul Rudd and the atmosphere. It felt like it took place during Halloween where as 5 and 6 didn't. I had that film on repeat during the 3rd grade when it came out on VHS so I may have some bias but I have always enjoyed it- Goofy curse of Thorn and all I think I've said it before here but even Bad Halloween is enjoyable. That's been the case all of them except for Zombie's part 2 and now this one. I can't wait until others see this because there's no way I can be the only one who had the problems I had.
