    Thoroughly enjoyable, there were a few decisions I wish they could have thought out more (1993 sketch, cutting JID & Vince) but otherwise this was a great way to get some extra spotlight for the Dreamville camp. All the outside features felt right at home, more than anything, this is a great sampler of what we can expect from the crew in the near future. Shoutout to Cole for demonstrating why he's in the elite ranks of rappers, every feature is a highlight on it's own.

    JID can hang with just about anybody, Bas has become impressively versatile--something I'd never envisioned years ago, Ari is special (sign more R&B acts!) and Earthgang a huge breath of fresh air in the label. I'm a bit disappointed at Cozz since he's been on a slippery slope recently, was hoping the added competition would generate a spark in him.

    I agree with all your points except the Cozz part. I think he steeped up compared to his previous music to me. Its just that the others are that much better. Its like Omen, he can come in every now and again with a decent verse.

    Still finishing my first listen of this and enjoying it for the most part...there's definitely a couple duds so far but the whole purpose of a compilation album is to display a variety of styles and sounds so I'm not mad about it. Love that they have such a variety of outside guests too...Vince, Nudy, Dreezy, Saba, DaBaby, Ty.

    Guapdad 4000 had the best hook to me on "Don't Hit Me Right Now" and "Costa Rica" hook was good to me, as well.

    Speaking of Guapdad 4000, I looked him up based off his contribution to ROTDIII, and his project "Scamboy Color" is actually cool.

    I see why they didn't credit kendrick on the intro, if people saw "feat kendrick" and just got a chorus they'd be pissed but since it's unlisted its just a nice surprise. That song is really nice though, never knew I needed a DaBaby and J. Cole song.
