    To me I had pretty much the same reaction as I had with revival...like there are a few bits and pieces I enjoyed but I have no desire to revisit it whatsoever. I'll probably give it one more listen at some point for the sake of fairness but I doubt it'll sway my opinion much. Like Revival it was just such a slog to get through.

    He gets some points for at least trying to be a bit more modern, but they mostly fell flat to me. And I'm not saying he or any artist HAS to try to sound "modern" to be good, but Em has been really stuck in his ways so on Kami and here it was nice to see him branch out a bit.

    Eminem new He was a stan, watched the tim westwood freestyle and praised him in many interviews ..this os a great gift to him and now a very profitable future to his family

    It’s basically revival with a new coat of paint. He didn’t/couldn’t actually change what he is at this point but he changed the s--- that he got s--- on for that he could actually change like production and features

    unfortunately he still relapses (no pun intended) to his generic a--- songs and Ed sheeran radio tracks

    Kamikaze is better than this. But he basically is still on the same s--- but I’m already about to delete songs on this album I think are skippable. At least there’s enough content on here for it to be dope to me

    Kami is great for what it is but this feels like a more complete body of work sonically

    Yes in terms of songs that are more about just music (vs attacks on people). It has more replay value imo.

    This will hold up well in 12 months.

    Exactly. To me during & after TES I couldn’t stand those relationship songs and it keeps going.. without the stupid love songs this would be a seriously strong rap album
