    I would have to say Yay. His No Limit era is criminally underrated.

    The Last Meal is certainly a classic and No Limit Top Dog is just f---ing fire all the way through. His first album on the label is hit or miss but it has some good tracks.

    Where in my response did I say he wasn’t? What you are saying is very true, but for his personality, and his first album, and chronic, and some other singles. Never heard anyone say snoop has two or more classics.

    Don't know who you've been talking to but even a casual listener would acknowledge that he has at least two classics. Doggystyle and Blue Carpet Treatment are almost universally loved

    Yay, besides the albums he dropped under No Limit Snoop gave some great featured verses for a few No Limit artists. I may be biased because this was during my No limit phase, plus 13 year old me got to run around barking “woof MFer woof MFer!” Back when times were simple.

    I’d give this a yay. Though I’m not a huge drake fan and never have been I do recognize his status. And even though I haven’t listened in awhile and I’m not to up on his latest shot, this may be his best.

    this is why I laugh at every single “reel hip hop” person, they copy and paste this “hurr durr simplicity is inherently indicative of lower quality” mindset and apply it to anyone that doesn’t have x number of internal rhyme schemes

    like imagine being that pedantic over other genres. “Yeah stairway to heaven is cool but how many NOTES PER SECOND is homeboy hitting on the strings? Turn on some dragon force that’s REEL CLASSIC ROCK”
