Dec 18, 2020 I honestly don't think its better than MTBMB Side A. But this is some of his most enjoyable and relaxed batch of material in a long while. Almost as if its a trap album from Gunna. I usually don't listen to album without lyrics but here i was just vibing to his flow and instrumentals. 8/10 first listen. His next album (not a deluxe like this) will be insane.
Dec 18, 2020 The ending of it makes it such a good opener though. Brings everything back around. Ties the albums together.
Dec 18, 2020 Mostly been a lurker since October. All of you seem like cool people and it’s been fun getting excited about this b-----r of an album. I’m so drunk man.
Dec 18, 2020 The highs on this are incredible, unbelievable honestly. But the consistency is not there in my opinion. Some of the songs are really bland. Not awful, but bland. Overall, I'm not sure this is even better than Side A. His 4th best? Lmao. There's a pattern here. Every single time Em releases an album, the hivemind says it's definitely his 4th best. Then when he releases his next one, it's suddenly like 3 points worse in everyone's eyes and the new one is the 4th best. Some people even did this with Revival. I don't even think this is a bad album after first listen, I think it's overall pretty good, but I find myself appreciating any posts saying it sucks just for the breath of fresh air.
Dec 18, 2020 That's the best part of the album. He actually learned how to use his voice again since MTBMB hooks were a--- and were the worst part of the album.
