    Because he's been choosing to use formats instead of his own s---. The 'insert spacey pop star hook' vs aggressive formula was his most successful and relied upon since the 'funny single' formula. Just because he chooses to do that doesn't mean he's not capable of solo hits.

    Also I don't care about hits, and neither should he, at this stage. Just making the best album possible.

    I'm surprised at how low Kamikaze is for some people here...that album to me has some of his best music, period.

    I'm curious why some of you rate it so relatively low?
