    The album structure is interesting. It’s not a concept album, it’s not a radio album, it is different from any previous Cole project. Some joints don’t even have hooks, seems like Cole just wanted to flex on this one (lyrically). Production is excellent. It kind of feel like a mixtape before mixtapes were albums and it also feel like an album. It’s hard to explain. But Coles rapping and the production is great.

    Thought I liked the second half better on the first listen. Now I’m on the second listen and I’m like WTF the first half sooo hard. Never felt like this after a Cole album. Fire

    I also like that it’s only 39 mins. Cole got his s--- off on this one. I think I’m use to a narrative or something from Cole’s albums and this isn’t that. It’s just 12 tracks of heat with no need to follow a concept or narrative. Hard raps, great production, with a few story/introspective songs.

    Only thing I'll say is he should have never released the climb back. His bars are crazy though

    No I don't, I only said it about "Mudmouth" which I still consider AOTY, but it's very possible Jermaine deliver something better, we'll see!

    Hillside is the school he would have went too... Sanford is where he got to go because of his mom. s--- is crazy considering I'm a wrestling coach in the area.
