A joint Interscope / Shady / Aftermath production is not the same as "Shady Films," hence, why the credits and wikipedia page you linked says absolutely nowhere "Shady Films." Additionally, if what you say is true (Shady Films on its own always existed): Why was the company announced and introduced as a new company in 2013 on their official website?
