    I agree with you there for the most part but I'm hoping he cuts down the features and tracklist a little bit and adds more of his own verses cuz he's just a hook on a few songs.

    Moon, Praise God, Off the Grid...Remote I'm not sure which parts are sposed to be a verse and which are the hook lol. I like all those songs but I'd love to hear him have a proper verse on them. Moon he's only backing vocals really, I know that's kind of a hurricane reprise but he separated them on the tracklist now so who knows wtf going on

    lmao these have been my favorite tracks and I honestly think they're flawless as-is (structure-wise, obviously missing a few finishing touches)

    I totally get wanting them to be more Kanye-ish, but if he had a heavy hand in production and can deliver a polished hook, I'm not mad about it.
    The entire album feels more like a collective effort from current Hip Hop, as a whole, and I think Ye's able to pull off something like that and have it still feel like a Kanye album and not a DJ Khaled project, you know?

    I'm with you on that. I'm 100% OK with divorced washed late period ye taking on a true exec producer role more like Dr. Dre or Travis Scott. But Kanye's personality (love it or hate it) has always been such a big draw on his albums. Those are some of my favorite songs too! But the A-side of the album feels too loaded with songs Kanye only does a hook or a half verse on—even so it still "feels" like a Kanye album in a way that ye and JIK never did...for a comparison to another old washed rapper, stuff like Revival and MMLP2 don't "feel" like Eminem albums really, but MTBMB does.

    I'm with you though, if he's got nothing I'd much rather have him just do the hook and let the young rappers black out like Keem and Fivio—but his verses on here are on average (especially on the B-side) way better than most of his have been the past ~5 years so I'd like to hear more.

    yeah like squid those are some of my favs also

    remote seems pretty evenly split between the three of them but yeah there aren’t a ton of records with Ye giving more than 50% of the vocal work

    i definitely think we deserve a proper ye verse on Moon, cudi is fantastic but kanye rapping alone would take it from an interlude to an actual record

    i’m mostly fine with his contribution on praise god but he sounds sooo much like travis i can’t even barely tell where one starts and the next begins lol
