Jan 13, 2022 Drug Ballad is more about him being young, trying things, partying, in the matter of fact tone for something that was pretty taboo at the time, creates irony/humor. The lyrics don’t really suggest a PROBLEM with drugs, it’s too cartoony. Deja Vu has the same casual nature about something serious except it’s recent and autobiographical and super f----- up.

I don't know if its a hit m saying probability of dr dre making one is less than 1% Although since @M Solo said he knows the album title and havent revealed anything about it, which makes me think its all CAP. Which is good for me as i dont really want a dr dre track as the first single
Jan 13, 2022 Even so, it's obvious he was at least on some level aware of the seriousness of his addiction. In These Drugs, which was recorded around that time, he even (half-jokingly?) predicts his overdose. Deja Vu can be seen as basically a sequel to Drug Ballad. So is Deja Vu, but even more so because of the accent.
