Jan 24, 2022 If he’s sitting on a finished album, it makes the most sense to release it in the 2 weeks leading into the Super Bowl. With promo for the game/halftime show ramping up plus the actual show, lots people will be checking in to see what these artists have going on. Snoop and MJB are taking advantage of it. Can’t really beat that hype and if Dre is dropping right after, it almost has to be this Friday. Or there isn’t an album ready and who knows when we get one but that’s no fun.
Jan 24, 2022 Snoop and MJB won't affect Dre's release at all. And the SB seems to be Dre's event so that's his best moment to drop. Then Em or Kendrick right after in Feb or March. They also need it the most since Em and Kendrick always sell well, with or without the SB.
