Feb 12, 2022 i assume paul/interscope could shut this down right? unless they've actually worked something out and are cool with this
Feb 12, 2022 Exactly, some people are too young too appreciate that era lol. Unfortunately, Slim Shady is dead
Feb 12, 2022 Nostalgia. Understandable. I am currently going back to the comic books from my childhood. To me, iconic/nistalgic Em's look is Encore era, as I started to listen to him during his hiatus, starting with Just Lose It video and his Square Garden concert DVD. But I see more and more people are now ridiculing his style from that era. Funny that they can't see people in, like, 15 years will be making fun of our 2020s clothes as well.
Feb 12, 2022 Slim Shady is a poor man's Jekyll/Hyde relationship done in an inconsistent, awkward way. When on MMLP2, Em states the lines between his personas are "blurred" It is the final nail in the coffin which makes Slim persona totally useless.
Feb 12, 2022 I never saw anybody reduciling his clothes from that era. Only era that people critisize his clothes became with Recovery era and even more so after his MMLP 2 era. His 04 look was pretty cool I guess.
Feb 12, 2022 The way Paul took over when Eminem was speaking about the new album, makes me believe it's close and didn't want to give Eminem a chance to spoil it or something. Let's hope @joeyp363 can get this information for us and let us know when is dropping.
Feb 12, 2022 Paul answer was something like when we were kids and asking our parents a day or two before Christmas what's our presents, and they would answer in the same manner, like it wouldn't be a surprise if they told, but meaning also be calm, presents are there. So I guess if the album isn't due soon enough, Paul wouldn't comment anything, he would've just let Em talk about working on it.
Feb 12, 2022 Nah, now some people tend to say bandana and baggy sweats were cringe. There was even bligger discussion on that on this forum not so long ago.
Feb 12, 2022 He was wearing nice clothes during the Recovery/MMLP2 eras. he would still be wearing them if he didn't wear classic rap shirts every time we see him now. Wonder if he will also wear one to perform tomorrow. 2000s rappers fashion is cringe now, but that's how they all dressed. He's just white so it was different.
