Feb 23, 2022 just heard from my sources that eminem is confirmed to be on this upcoming eminem album.
Feb 23, 2022 Source: trust be bro. Jeez all these ‘leakers’. No way u know that for sure. Time will tell if ur right I guess.
Feb 23, 2022 idk how to feel about new slaughterhouse project rn, like is Budden gon be with em? i doubt it and also IF sh drop in March then does that mean no Eminem once again? Like couldn't Em just drop already and every other act drop after him? honestly i'm lost with how Shady Records working on their schedule, i start to doubt that Em will drop this year at all lol i hope i'm wrong tho
Feb 23, 2022 Slaughterhouse ain't Shady Records anymore, so their release isn't a problem for such a big name like Eminem. Joe been teasing his comeback for a while now. Also, NEW EMINEM THIS FRIDAY WOOOOO
Feb 23, 2022 Inside info, Joe budden only agreed to be on a new SH album if Eminem was not involved in any stage of the project not even a feature
Feb 23, 2022 I was talking about his f---ing voice, is it so hard to understand? He clearly tried to sound like 2002 himself, which he clearly tried on Recovery too, and since his voice changed a lot the outcome was more recovery(ish) now f--- off
Feb 23, 2022 And the mixing, that kind of "doubled" vocals, or however they're called, that he had on TES too as you can hear from some acapella
Feb 23, 2022 He actually said it himself before on his podcast but this was probably during his “beef” with Eminem. I think they fine now.
Feb 23, 2022 I’m not sure tbh, when the b--- verse leaked Joe said s--- was getting worked out behind the scenes but who knows
Feb 23, 2022 Relapse Em is a completely different human to "old Em". In fact, looking back, Beautiful, Careful What You Wish For and My Darling are the final versions of "old Em", which is why they sound so out of place on the album (but are some of my favourites). Eminem in his drugged out 06-08 phase was completely different to his early days, but he still had that distinctive "Eminem" sound and feel to him. Some of the the drugged leaks like "Everything" being examples of this. But the overdose and sobriety really changed everything about him. You're right in saying that current Em is completely different to that Relapse version. His transitions are pretty bizarre each album but I guess that's also what makes him a very unique artist. SSLP to MMLP sounds like a different artist at times. Same as MMLP to TES, and then 8 Mile, Encore etc. Not only in his music, you see his interviews and the way he is - a different vibe each time.
