Jun 10, 2022 there's a country in Europe where it's legal between a 16 year old and a teacher? usually for teacher - student relations the age of consent is 18 because of very obvious power dynamic issues which are involved with those relationships at least in finland the law is like that

Jun 10, 2022 The double standard regarding the gender of a sexual predator is real. Time and time again when stories like this come out there are always comments asking how or why the male student would rat the teacher out, people wishing they had a teacher like that in school, etc etc. I’ve seen women charged and convicted yet only face 30-60 days in min sec, not have to register as a sexual offender, and resume their careers. That’s rarely the case with male offenders.

Jun 10, 2022 I'm 30. Honestly wouldn't even think about a girl below 18 y/o. Of course there are exceptions like 17 year olds that look 25 if you don't know.. but still, knowing they're 17 I wouldn't tbh. Very inappropriate but my opinion.
Jun 11, 2022 Yeah, they should really raise age of consent in Europe imo. I think it should be 18 but if you’re going to make it 16, there should be like a cut off. An 18 year old & 16 year old hooking up is very different from a 16 year old & 28 year old hooking up. The prior is probably fine; the later no. Age of consent under 16 is flat out malpractice. Just gross.
