Jul 11, 2022 Because as soon as Paul started to become more prominent in Eminems career (post MMLP2), we've seen a lot of maneuvers come from Eminems team that are designed to net the most money with the least amount of effort. Eminem might have a laundry list of flaws, but releasing music for money rather than passion isn't one of them. The no promo, the in-house mixing and mastering, the radio-safe pop features, the playing-it-safe, the surprise releases, the limited social media presence, the limited interview presence... It's all designed to save money and play it safe, and Eminem really doesn't seem to understand the economics side of things; but Paul sure does.
